Raised Sharing Steak Plate Winner
Melanie Christensen is the winner of our latest competition who wins our fabulous Raised Sharing Steak Plate, a great way to share a selection of different Steaks sizzling away in the centre of the table. The Lava Stone is also a great size to use on top of your barbecue with no risk of flair ups but still plenty of delicious, natural, seared caramelisation of your chosen produce.
Our favourite use is to serve different cuts of Steak, perhaps Fillet, Rib-Eye and Sirloin on the stone, so guests can compare the flavours there and then, a Steak tasting if you will and why not try a couple of nice bottles of Red alongside, we don’t think you can beat a lovely bottle of Malbec. In our competition Rib-Eye came out just ahead of Fillet for favourite Steaks, and this is a great way to compare and contrast the flavours and add a little sizzle to your next dinner party.
