Delivery Information

Delivery Overview

SteakStones is a recognised Global brand and as such we aim to provide a cost effective solution for you to receive your goods wherever you are in the World. We will ship your order from the most suitable location and you can view full shipping costs by simply selecting your choice of goods and entering your address to your shopping cart. If you have any delivery queries that aren’t addressed by this process please just let us know.

Delivery times and receipt of goods – US Mainland

  • Goods will be despatched within 2 days of receipt of your order if not sooner. If your despatch is likely to take any longer, we will endeavour to contact you, though occasionally situations out of our control may lead to slight delays beyond this timescale.
  • Your goods will be shipped with recognised couriers such as FedEx, UPS and others as required. We have warehouses on both coasts of the US, so delivery should be minimised and runs at between 1-5 days. Delivery is, of course, dependent on couriers adhering to their delivery obligations, which is out of our control, but we are constantly monitoring performance and rewarding the best deliverers of our important customer orders.
  • The weight of each SteakStones set is shown in the product information and shipping costs automatically update after product selection depending on the weight of the items ordered.
  • If your order is above 70lbs, you will be charged an extra delivery charge for every 70lbs in excess.
  • Our couriers typically deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, though occasionally there can be local variance. The Steak on the Stone Company Ltd values your order. To safeguard this, a signature is always required to acknowledge receipt of goods.
  • If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery or with details of where the parcel can be collected.
  • We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from The Steak on the Stone Company Ltd is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip.
  • Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
  • If you have a specific deadline for your order please get in touch and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. We are not liable for any deadlines not met where we are not aware of the deadline.
  • If you have any further enquiries please contact us.

Delivery times and receipt of goods – Canada

  • We accept all orders for Canada from our .com site and delivery costs can be found within the order process as relevant to each location. Delivery times and processes differ from country to country and we will verify details in your confirmation email.
  • Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. From experience this is a maximum of 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) on the total order value. We are able to supply commodity codes prior to order if you wish to check exactly what this duty will be.

Delivery times and receipt of goods – Rest of World

  • For ROW orders we ship with DHL. Costs for delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Africa can be found within the order process as relevant to each location. Delivery times and processes differ from country to country. We will verify details in your confirmation email.
